Make your own leather bag in the Hautes Vosges

Meet Claire for a craft workshop around the making of your personalized leather bag. The leather workshop is located in the middle of the mountains near the Vosges forest.

When you arrive in the workshop, you will be seized by the smell of natural leather. It is this material that the craftswoman favors to make jewelry, bags, gaiters, shoes, belts in an atypical, androgynous and contemporary style. This day will allow you to understand each step of the manufacturing process of a piece of leather goods: from the choice of materials to be used in leather goods, to the assembly.

After discovering the model you will make, you will define the colors of your bag. You will then be directed to a larger room to begin cutting the pieces and assembling them. It will take a good day of work to make this bag.

Lunch will be taken at the village inn (meal not included in this service) and the workshop will resume at 1:30 pm with a breathing-relaxation session to put yourself in a world of artistic letting go. At the end of the day, you will leave with your creation.
