At Maison Griffoul, located in Punerot, a charming village near Neufchâteau, enjoy a unique gourmet experience and learn, step by step, how to make a traditional country terrine. Supervised by a passionate craftsman, you’ll discover the secrets of preparation and the essential gestures of a know-how handed down from generation to generation.
During a 1h30 convivial workshop, you’ll learn how to prepare and season the ingredients, master cutting techniques and prepare the terrine before cooking. Each step immerses you in the authenticity of a simple, generous cuisine full of character. Then comes the moment you’ve been waiting for: the tasting! A moment of gourmet sharing where the flavors of your creation are revealed.
You’ll leave with not only your homemade terrine, but also a recipe card, practical tips and a few of Grandma’s secrets for making this speciality at home. The experience is open to everyone, aged 12 and over, and requires no particular skill level. With a maximum of 6 participants, the atmosphere remains warm and intimate, ideal for sharing and enjoying the experience.
