Sabrage Experience

Make your stay in Champagne unforgettable by sabering your bottles of Champagne near Epernay in the famous village of Aÿ-Champagne.

During this unusual initiation to the Art of Sabrage, we'll talk to you about the region, the Terroir, the Art of serving and give you our tasting tips. After the Sabrage, enjoy your bottles of Champagne* accompanied by pink Reims cookies.

Sabrage is an art in the region, and we'll introduce you to this famous local tradition!

After your sabrage, you can enjoy your bottles in our garden on a private terrace in a friendly, country atmosphere.

To enjoy your Champagne, you can choose your flute or glass from our extensive collection of Champagne glasses. We'll explain how the choice of glass affects your tasting experience.

We'll also take the opportunity to talk to you about the work of the vine on our planted vines and the Champagne-making process in our small educational cellar.

This Sabrage experience will also be an opportunity to talk to you about the village and Grand Cru vineyard of Aÿ, the Champagne Appellation, the region and its exceptional Terroir, the history of Champagne and its secrets.

The tasting will be accompanied by the famous Biscuits Roses de Reims.

We'll also share with you our local tips and "good addresses" for visiting and tasting our Champagnes from winemakers and Houses.
