Le Bistrot Gourmand adds a layer of history to your dining experience, as it is located in one of the former outbuildings of Madame de Schauenbourg’s canonical house, dating from 1771 to 1791. Laurence and Mark Sweetman, along with their brigade, revisit gourmet cuisine with passion, making these gustatory marvels accessible to all gourmands. Expect contemporary dishes and generous cuisine made from meticulously selected produce!

Whether it’s the à la carte menu, the menus or the Chef’s suggestions, each dish is lovingly crafted to offer you an unparalleled sensory experience. To satisfy all tastes, the restaurant offers a variety of menus. In addition to the daily lunch menu, you can choose from the « Bistrot » formula for just €17.50, the Chapitre menu for €49 or €52 with or without cheese, or the vegetarian and tasting menus!
