The Vosges is a mosaic of landscapes, where forests, lakes and waterfalls meet. This is what Albane, a seasoned mountain guide and sylvotherapist, offers you to discover during a trek on the crystalline massif. You will live a unique experience, combining sport and nature.
Albane invites you to reconnect with nature in the mountains of the Hautes-Vosges. On the program, a 3 days trek on the highest points of the massif. A course of 15 to 18 km with 800 m of difference in altitude awaits you. Let your steps carry you along these winding roads between water and forests. It will be a moment of pure relaxation and escape that the trails will offer you. On the paths, don’t hesitate to take a break in front of the panoramic viewpoints on the Vosges landscapes.
Whether you are an experienced hiker, a sports enthusiast, a lover of wide open spaces or a beginner wishing to reconnect with nature, this activity is made for you. Your guide will offer you a privileged moment, rich in sharing and advice. You will learn everything you need to know to go camping independently and to go trekking in complete safety. Among other things, discover the ideal places to set up your bivouac, how to set up your campsite and the equipment to take before leaving. The rules to respect will no longer have any secret for you. In addition, the basic materials for cooking will be provided. SORTIES DE ROUTES
Albane, mountain guide specialized in wellness trekking. I organize day trips but also treks over several days, with bivouac and complete autonomy.
I like the Vosges to be able to do forest baths or sylvotherapy but I also like this massif because you can take in the sights without doing too much elevation change.
We can then alternate between open mountain landscapes with these stubble fields and then immerse ourselves in the forest and discover this extraordinary plant world.
