Pauline will passionately share with you the history of clog-making in Alsace and anecdotes from this unique workshop, a living testament to a vanishing artisanal heritage.
And to extend the experience, discover her world of artisanal woodworking as well. There, she creates solid-wood objects sourced from local forests: naturally shaped kitchen cutting boards, serving trays, wall-mounted bottle openers, engraved hearts, Christmas ornaments, and small seasonal decorations. Each piece is handcrafted with the same dedication to quality craftsmanship. Some can be engraved and personalized to make a unique gift or serve as an authentic memento of your visit.
