Stéphanie and Olivier Lassaigne are experienced winegrowers and respectful of the environment, practicing a reasoned viticulture that aims to preserve nature and wildlife. On the hill of Montgueux is established their healthy and rich vineyard where Chardonnay is king.

It is from this grape variety that the famous and delicious Olivier Lassaigne Champagnes are made. The House offers you a wine tourism experience that will excite your taste buds. It is a one-hour activity for 6 people aged 18 and over.

You will start with a guided tour of the cellar in a privileged setting to learn the secrets of the elaboration of Olivier Lassaigne champagnes.
